It's Never Too Early or Too Late to Fix Your Airway Issue
The structure of the mouth, jaw, and airway are closely connected. We place a special focus on airway health as part of our commitment to complete patient wellness.

Signs of Adult Airway Issues:

Chronic fatigue

Headaches

Addressing airway issues can improve sleep quality, boost energy levels, and reduce the risk of serious health complications down the road. If you or a loved one frequently experience any of these symptoms, contact us today.
Our entire care team is trained in the Vivos method, a non-invasive treatment designed to target the root causes of airway underdevelopment and improve breathing, particularly during sleep. Airway health is crucial to overall wellness, as poor breathing can contribute to serious conditions like sleep apnea, fatigue, and even cardiovascular problems. By gently guiding the development of the jaw and airway, Vivos helps to alleviate these issues by addressing the root causes, rather than just using a short term approach.
Dr. Gray was one of the first dentists to implement Vivos Therapeutics into her practice. Having trained under Dr. Singh, who became the Founder, Chief Medical Officer, and Director of Vivos Therapeutics, she discovered the profound impact of airway health and became a pioneer in this method.
We also offer convenient home sleep testing to help us get a better picture of your airway health and potential issues like sleep disordered breathing or sleep apnea.
Our office uses the SleepImage Ring, a wearable device designed to monitor and assess your sleep quality and patterns. This device tracks important metrics like heart rate, breathing, and movement, providing valuable insights into potential sleep disorders. This detailed understanding of your sleep health allows us to create personalized treatment plans that address underlying issues like sleep-disordered breathing.
You can learn more about the SleepImage Ring here.

Myofunctional Therapy
Myofunctional therapy is a program that helps retrain the muscles of the mouth, tongue, and face to work together properly for healthy breathing, swallowing, and growth. When these muscles don’t function as they should, it can lead to issues such as mouth breathing, speech challenges, or sleep-disordered breathing.
It is a pleasure and a luxury to have a myofunctional therapist right here in our office. Having this expertise in-house allows us to take a truly comprehensive approach to your care—supporting your smile, airway, and overall wellness.
